We have had much encouragement and we want to do the same for others
The main Sanctuary of our church was opened in or around June 1905 but it is believed that the Christian Fellowship that was responsible for bringing Kirkley Run Mission to fruition were meeting many years before in a wooden hut a short distance from the current site.
We have an amount of material including Meeting Records and Agendas, Books, and a number of photographs; local authorities also hold some records concerning this wonderfully historic part of Lowestoft Community that originall bore the name "The Gospel Band."
This part of our website has been added in response to some on-line requests and comments about the people of The Mission, Birds Lane, and those that lived here and were part of its development.
We would dearly love to hear from you if you have any information or memories of The Mission Hall or Birds Lane in Lowestoft.

The original building above, some may remember. There are below, some pictures of what our church looks like today. Our story is ongoing and concerns the Work that God has done and continues to do. It may be that you feel you could be a part of it also and help encourage others in the things of God.
